The Spring Branch Education Foundation (SBEF) hosted its annual Style Show Luncheon at the Post Oak Hotel on Friday, September 5, drawing a sold-out crowd of 775 community members, donors, and supporters. The highly anticipated SBEF and the City event combined fashion, philanthropy and fellowship to raise over $257,000 for Spring Branch Independent School District (SBISD) students and educators.
The luncheon, co-chaired by SBEF board members Linda Dang-DeBesse and Jamie Lyons Kelley, featured a style show showcasing fall collections from Chloe Dao, Edit by Elaine Turner, Frock Shop and Lucho. Guests also enjoyed shopping local vendor pop-ups, all in support of SBEF’s mission to enhance education by funding programs that prepare students for the future.
“The overwhelming response to this year’s Style Show is a testament to our community’s deep commitment to our schools,” said Cece Thompson, SBEF Executive Director. “Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, donors, and attendees, we are able to directly invest in programs that enrich the lives of SBISD students.”

Proceeds from the luncheon will support SBEF programs and initiatives, including Project School Supplies, campus grants, and student scholarships. The Style Show is one of SBEF’s signature events. Its sold-out success this year highlights the power of partnership in supporting and strengthening public education.
